Brad Holsclaw

Brad Holsclaw is a native of Louisville, Kentucky, where his mother, Bobbie, served as Jefferson County Clerk for 27 years and was one of the county’s most prominent elected officials. A graduate of Trinity High School and the University of Louisville, he is also a member of Alpha Chi Alpha (AXA) fraternity.

Early in his career, Holsclaw moved to Washington, D.C., where he spent 11 years serving as a Senior Legislative Advisor and managing the Senate floor under three Republican Senate leaders, including Senator Bob Dole. In this role, he developed longstanding relationships with senators from both parties, Senate committee staff directors, leadership, and floor staff, providing him with a deep understanding of the legislative process and the inner workings of the U.S. Senate.

Following his tenure in the Senate, he joined TCH Group LLC, a government relations firm, as a Senior Partner. With more than 25 years of experience in public policy advocacy across both the public and private sectors, Holsclaw has played an instrumental role in navigating complex legislative and regulatory landscapes. His extensive experience in government, policy, and bipartisan relationship-building has provided him with a unique perspective on how effective public policy is developed and advanced.

Holsclaw’s commitment to service extends well beyond his professional career. He serves as a board member of the Cloverleaf Equine Center, and his involvement with the Children’s Charities Foundation and the Fraternal Order of Eagles reflects his longstanding dedication to giving back to the community. He is also a passionate supporter of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Alzheimer’s-related charitable organizations.

His multifaceted career and extensive community involvement reflect a leader grounded in service, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. He resides in Prospect, Kentucky, with his wife, Shannon, a graduate of Sacred Heart Academy and the University of Louisville, and their two daughters, Sydney and Catherine.
